You can fill a plastic bag with vinegar and then wrap it around the clogged shower head with a rubber band or a tape and then leave it for a couple of hours. After that, you can remove the plastic bag with vinegar and then turn on the water for a minute to clear the vinegar from the head.

If you can remove the showerhead, then you can soak it in a container with vinegar and leave it for a couple of hours.

Cleaning the filter screen

You can easily clean the filter screen by following the shower head manual. Usually, the filter screen is located in the showerhead where the pipe connects. At first, you need to remove the head to find the filter screen.

You can you brush out the screen or use tweezers or pliers to remove it from the pivot ball. After removing it run water in the screen and use a brush gently to clean it.
